The service was solid here, nothing out of the ordinary. the staff on the late-night shift were super helpful and friendly. 💫 The new text doesn't mention any specific places or cities and is written in a friendly and approachable manner, making it relatable to a wider audience.

I liked the service & food in the bar
This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in - and I visit a lot of hotels in Ireland. The bath was stained, the seal around the handbasin is in need of replacing, there was a crack in the handbasin, when I sat on the bed the four corners of the mattress lifted up, there was a crack in the ceiling directly over the bed, the bed had a old wool blanket that was stained, the door lock was broken so I couldn't lock the door, the door card only worked after trying it approx 4 times - each time, I could hear everything in the corridor and upstairs, the window was in need of repair, the breakfast was minimal and confined to a small area at the back of the restaurant, orange juice was filled from cartons. I expressed my dissapointment to the receptionist when I was leaving - her reply was that they will give me a free upgrade when I visit the hotel again, I most definatly will not be staying on this hotel again.

We didn't feel like leaving, couldn't recommend more. The place was spotlessly clean with a genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff from late night shift. The location was ideal and nice, 10 minutes' walk to the center. All the dishes were OUTSTANDING, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Gallery Restaurant & Bar.

The interiors in the twin room have a lovely design. The room comes equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is centrally located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Ballinamona Golf Course. It is conveniently situated next to the town center, shops, restaurants, and a night club.
